Operating Parameters
Ideal for oxide and free-milling gold ores. Add reagent to the leach feed slurry. Maintain consistent pH with lime addition.
Step-by-Step Application Guide
Grind ore to target P80 (typically 75–150 µm)
Condition slurry to target pH 10.0–11.0 using hydrated lime
Add CNLITE Gold Leaching Agent at 0.3–0.5 kg/t to the leach feed
Maintain dissolved oxygen at 5–8 mg/L via air sparging or oxygen injection
Allow 16–24 hours residence time across CIL tanks
Load carbon at standard CIL rates; strip and smelt as normal
