CNLITE's manufacturing facility has been awarded ISO 14001:2015 certification, reinforcing our commitment to environmental responsibility across the entire product lifecycle.
We are proud to announce that CNLITE's manufacturing facility has been awarded ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certification following a rigorous third-party audit by Bureau Veritas.
What ISO 14001:2015 Means
ISO 14001:2015 is the internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems. Certification demonstrates that an organisation has implemented systematic processes to:
- Identify and control environmental impacts of its operations
- Continuously improve environmental performance
- Comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations
- Achieve environmental objectives set by management
What the Audit Covered
The Bureau Veritas audit assessed CNLITE's manufacturing operations across five key areas:
Raw Material Sourcing
All raw materials are sourced from suppliers with verified environmental credentials. Conflict minerals and materials from environmentally sensitive areas are excluded from our supply chain.
Manufacturing Process
Our production process generates zero liquid effluent. All process water is recycled within the facility. Energy consumption has been reduced by 18% over the past three years through process optimisation.
Packaging & Logistics
Our 25 kg bags are manufactured from recycled materials and are themselves recyclable. We have reduced packaging weight by 12% without compromising product protection.
Product End-of-Life
Unlike cyanide, CNLITE is biodegradable. Spent leach solutions do not require active detoxification and can be safely discharged after standard pH adjustment.
Continuous Improvement
We have committed to a 25% reduction in manufacturing carbon footprint by 2027, with annual third-party verification of progress.
What This Means for Our Customers
ISO 14001 certification provides our customers with independent verification that CNLITE products are manufactured to the highest environmental standards. This is increasingly important for operations seeking to meet ESG reporting requirements and attract responsible investment.
We are committed to maintaining and building on this certification as part of our broader sustainability strategy.
